Important Things You Need to Know

Admission is being released in batches. This is very important to note. Not every candidate will see their admission at the same time. Schools upload in stages depending on department, course, and JAMB cut-off.

So if your school is on the list and you have not seen your admission yet, do not panic. It does not mean you have not been considered. Keep checking your JAMB CAPS and your school portal regularly.

Here is how to check

For JAMB CAPS: Log in to your JAMB profile, click on "Check Admission Status" and then "Access my CAPS" to either accept or reject your admission offer.

For School Portal: Visit your school's admission portal and use your JAMB reg number to check your status.

What to Do Next If You Have Been Offered Admission

Congratulations if you are among those who have already secured admission. The next steps are:

1. Accept your admission on JAMB CAPS

2. Print your JAMB admission letter

3. Pay your acceptance fee on the school portal

4. Begin your clearance and registration process

For those still waiting, keep your documents ready. These include JAMB result, O'level result, birth certificate, and passport photographs. The moment your name drops, you will need to move fast.

Final Note

The 2026/2027 admission process has started early this year. This gives candidates enough time to complete registration before resumption.
